Import Virtual 1x1 Schedule
Upload a 1x1 schedule .docx — each confirmed meeting is logged as a separate activity under Corporate Access.
What the file needs (avoids upload errors)
1. First line: the company name — it must match a client in the roster (close spellings are matched automatically; if not, you'll be asked to pick the client). 2. A date line, e.g. WEDNESDAY, JULY 22, 2026 — commas and "22nd" style are fine, but the date must be present or the file is refused. 3. A table with TIME and MEETING columns; each meeting cell lists the investor, then RC REP, then the rep's name. Incomplete rows (no rep or time) still import but are flagged for review — nothing is saved until you click Import.
Everything imports flagged NEEDS REVIEW — confirm each in the Activity Overview before it's final.

📷 Read Meetings from a Schedule Screenshot
Got a conference schedule as a picture (Pre-PDAC, FMS, a showcase day)? Upload the screenshot and the
1x1 meetings are read out of it automatically. Keynotes, receptions and company presentations are skipped.
Review the list, then import — nothing is saved until you click Import.
Tips for a clean read
Pick the client first — the upload won't start without it. Fill in the Event and Year (e.g. Pre-PDAC 2026) so meetings land on the right dates and roll up under the right conference. Capture the date header (e.g. Thursday, February 26) in the screenshot — times alone aren't enough to date the meetings.
One day per screenshot reads most reliably; PNG or JPG, max 12 MB.

Import Master Marketing Schedule
Upload a "[Client] – Master Marketing Schedule.docx". It's parsed into activities (1x1s, retail calls, webinars, events); review and import the ones you want. Dedup-safe.
What the file needs (avoids upload errors)
Client: put the client's name in the filename (e.g. Aeris Resources - Master Marketing Schedule.docx) or anywhere in the first lines of the document — either works. If neither matches the roster you'll simply be asked to pick the client (a file can never create a new one). Dates: section headings like PRE-PDAC 2026 and date lines like TUESDAY JUNE 10, 2025 tell the parser which day meetings belong to. Screenshots: meeting rosters pasted as images are read automatically (Pre-PDAC style schedules).
Nothing is saved until you review the preview and click Import.

Import Activities from Excel
Upload an activity tracking sheet (.xlsx or .csv) — needs at least Date and Client columns; Activity Type,
Notes, Hours, Rep, Status and Location are picked up when present. Every line is reviewed by you before anything is saved.
Import Webinar Attendees
Upload the registrant/attendee export (.xlsx or .csv) from a webinar. Attendees appear under that
webinar in the Activity Overview and are added to the cumulative Webinar Contacts bank (Client List tab).
Re-importing the same file is safe — people are matched by email, never duplicated.

▼RC Rep Management

▼Client Name Aliases
Outside sources (the Box/Excel sync, uploads) sometimes use an old or misspelled client name.
Map it here once and every future import self-corrects — adding an alias also moves any activity
already filed under the old name. Case, punctuation and Ltd/Inc/Corp differences are handled
automatically and shown as auto.
